Sales/Account Representative – Israel

A dynamic and exciting new travel/bookings agency is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales/Account Rep to join our team! They are looking for a proactive individual to take bookings, follow up with clients, and handle customer care.

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a sales genius who is familiar with the Chassidishe community. The perfect candidate will be friendly, approachable, and possess excellent sales skills. Fluency in American English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to leads and inquiries related to hotel bookings.
• Providing information to clients and assisting them with their travel plans.
• Managing the booking process and ensuring smooth transactions with clients.

Work Arrangement:

• This is a full-time remote position, requiring 40 hours per week. The working hours are 9AM – 5PM EST (4PM – 12AM in Israel).

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with CRM, email, telecounsle, and Google Docs.
• Previous experience in the travel agency industry is a plus.
