Rooster Workspace is hiring an Executive Assistant for a CEO of a busy real estate management company. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO you will assist with the daily paperwork activities, such as taking care of bills and payments, recording transactions, preparing documentations, scheduling meetings and appointments and any other related work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all digital files and documents
  • Be on top of bills and invoices
  • Record all financial transactions in an organized matter
  • Keep track of ongoin projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge in the real estate field
  • Basic knowledge in accounting software.
  • Computer Savvy in Office and Google workspace
  • Experience working directly with a CEO
  • Reliable and can do personality.
  • Full time position, need to be available to communicate in EST hours
