Rooster Workspace is seeking a dependable individual for the combined role of Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant for a travel agency.


  • Handle tasks as they arise, ensuring the company runs smoothly.
  • Take calls, send invoices, manage calendar, and collaborate with CEO.


  • Dependable and detail-oriented, with 1-2 years experience in an office setting.
  • Quickbooks proficiency preferred.
  • Native English speaker with strong communication skills.

  • Background in bookkeeping and office management.

Technical Details:

  • Full time position, during EST. (3pm – 10pm in Israel).
  • Must reside in Israel.
