Job Summary:

Rooster Workspace is hiring for our client in NY. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Assistant to join our team. As an Amazon Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through messages, writing and optimizing product listings, managing and resolving Amazon cases, and managing variations and listings to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Additionally, experience with PPC campaign management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution through messages
* Write and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions
* Manage and resolve Amazon cases, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
* Oversee and maintain variations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Manage listings to test PPC campaigns, optimizing ad spend and ROI (optional)


* 1+ year of experience in Amazon customer service, listing management, or related field is a MUST. If you do not have Amazon experience, please do not apply to this position.
* Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and procedures
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central and listing optimization tools (preferred)
* PPC campaign management experience (optional)

This is a full-time position, Salary starting at $18/hour.
